REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

TachfineCopywriter LLC provides direct-response copywriting services to coaches, course creators, and online business owners. Because our work is custom and time-intensive, our refund policy reflects the nature of creative professional services.

This policy applies to all paid engagements entered into with TachfineCopywriter LLC. The specific payment structure for each project is agreed upon during the discovery process and outlined in the written project agreement signed by both parties before work begins.


2. Payment Structures

Depending on the scope and nature of the project, payment is structured in one of two ways, as agreed during the client onboarding process:

The applicable payment structure is confirmed in the written project agreement. No work begins until the agreed initial payment has been received.


3. Deposits and Upfront Payments

All initial payments — whether a 50% deposit or a full upfront payment — are non-refundable once work has commenced.

This is because upon receiving payment, TachfineCopywriter LLC begins allocating time, conducting research, and developing strategy specific to your project. That work cannot be recovered or reassigned once started.

If a client cancels a project before any work has commenced and before any research or strategy work has been initiated, a refund request may be considered at our sole discretion. Any such request must be submitted in writing to tachfineounir125@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment.


4. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in each project is defined in the written project agreement. Revisions are scoped to the original brief and do not include material changes to the direction, offer, audience, or format of the copy.

Additional revisions requested beyond those outlined in the agreement are considered out-of-scope work and will be quoted and billed separately before being carried out.

Revision requests do not entitle the client to a refund of any portion of the project fee.


5. Delivery and Acceptance

Copy is considered delivered when the final draft is sent to the client via email or the agreed delivery method. The client is responsible for reviewing the deliverable and submitting revision requests within the timeframe specified in the project agreement.

Once the client approves the final copy — either explicitly or by implementing it — the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.

If no feedback is received within 7 business days of delivery, the project is considered accepted and closed.


6. No Guarantee of Results

TachfineCopywriter LLC delivers professionally written copy based on research, strategy, and direct-response principles. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as conversion rates, revenue, leads, or sales.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including traffic quality, offer strength, market conditions, and client-side implementation. Dissatisfaction with results after the copy has been delivered and implemented does not constitute grounds for a refund.


7. Disputes

If you have a concern about the work delivered, we encourage you to contact us directly before pursuing any formal dispute. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to new engagements entered into after the updated policy is published and do not affect existing project agreements already in place.
