During or after the call, if both parties agree to move forward, a separate written agreement will be provided outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment terms for the engagement.

TachfineCopywriter LLC reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion.

4. Paid Engagements

All paid copywriting projects are governed exclusively by the written agreement signed at the start of the engagement. That agreement takes precedence over anything stated on this Site.

Until a written agreement is signed by both parties, no work will begin and no payment will be due.

b. Client Deliverables

Ownership of copy written for a client is determined by the terms of the signed project agreement. In general, full ownership transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment. Until payment is received in full, TachfineCopywriter LLC retains all rights to the work.
